From inital concept and prototypining through to final production, our Project and Quality Engineers ensure seamless integration and timely delivery via an AIAG-inspired APQP process, while our Design Engineers concentrate on creating solutions tailored to your specific requirements.

Our design engineering capabilities include 3D CAD with wire harness design, 3D printing for proof-of-concept prototypes, and strong expertise in mounting bracket and enclosure design, in addition to general harness design. Our Manufacturing Engineers apply advanced technology and industry best practices to guarantee high-quality and optimal functionality.

Our production process incorporates both manual and automated methods, utilising custom-designed semi-automated equipment as well as fully automated assembly lines featuring Universal Robot Arms. Supporting our engineering excellence is our in-house Quality team, which oversees each stage of the production process to maintain the highest standards of reliability and performance in accordance with our ISO 9001 framework.
